Shipping FREE worldwide shipping by carbon neutral priority, express airmail with international tracking. All items ship from our studio in Portugal and are packaged gift-ready with custom gift messaging available.
Shipping times:
Portugal - usually 1 to 2 business days
Europe - usually 3 to 5 business days
United States - usually 3 to 5 business days
Rest of the World - usually 5 to 7 business days

Customs and import taxes ColieCo includes applicable VAT/IVA for customers in the EU and UK (for orders up to £135 only) when you place your order. Duties are added for customers in the US at checkout.
Local tax rules may mean that some customers have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties and fees when packages arrive in their country of residence, and we advise customers to acquaint themselves with local e-commerce tax rules.
Returns Items can be returned for exchange provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 21 days of delivery.* Exceptions apply for intimate items, including knickers and other bottoms. See our Returns policy for further details.
